...to find a heating dildo, even nowadays. I wrote a review on another item a long time ago and when I went on the search for a new one I expected there to be much more choice. There really isn't - at least, not ones that are sent from the UK ! So what can I tell you about this ? I was hoping for more girth as it is not particularly thick - it is no more than five inches around at its widest point. I should imagine, though, that the size would be suitable for most people: I just happen to prefer them much bigger. What I like about this item is that everything is self-contained - i.e. there is no separate control, either remote or wired, so it is a handy unit. There are three buttons. The top one is for the heat. Press and hold it for a few seconds and the button lights up; it is now heating. I would say that the toy has a nice, useable heat after about seven minutes. I have two problems with it, however. Firstly, only the tip heats - the shaft remains cold; secondly, and rather more seriously, this thing gets HOT !! Why on earth they decided that 42 degrees was a sensible temperature for any kind of intimate toy is baffling. I suggest that you put it off (press and hold for a few seconds again) when it starts to get too much. The good news is that it retains the heat afterwards for quite some considerable time. The middle button controls the 'thrusting'. Again, press and hold for a few seconds to start it; then press once briefly to cycle through about ten different settings. I must say I quite like it. No, of course it won't replace a dedicated 'effing machine' but the movements are fair enough and the noise isn't excessive. I bought this product primarily for the heating function but I think this part of it adds another - much welcome - dimension. The bottom button is for the vibrations. Again, press and hold to start and then briefly press to cycle through the ten or so vibration modes. Note that it is only the 'rabbit' protrusion that buzzes. And let me be frank, folks: I would be very surprised if you managed to get off with this ! The vibes are SO weak that I cannot imagine anyone benefitting from it but don't let that put you off purchasing as I'm sure that, like me, you have many other proper vibrators to take care of that side of things. And that's pretty much it. Charging is a simple affair with the usual USB lead (but don't forget you need to provide your own charger for it to plug into) and you should be able to get a good few 'sessions' from a single charge. Overall, I am quite pleased with this item. It finds a place of its own amongst my numerous toys and has, rather surprisingly I felt, helped me to some quite sizeable climaxes which plain dildos have not achieved, but perhaps that is more a mental thing because of the novelty value - I guess only time will tell.
